HFS Design worked with Red Earth to conduct a process analysis and developed an internal iOS and Android application for staff in the RedEarth Energy Storage factory to document the assembly of all components and products through their in house production line.

The implementation ensured visibility and traceability across every part of the process and significantly reduced errors and time to resolution in technical support.

HFS Design was responsible for the rollout of the new processes and ran training sessions with relevant staff.
