Micromelon conducted a process analysis and developed an internal iOS and Android application for staff in the RedEarth Energy Storage factory to document the assembly of all parts and products through the production line.

Micromelon was also responsible for the rollout of the new processes and ran training sessions with all staff. The implementation ensured visibility and traceability across every part of the process and significantly reduced errors and time to resolution in technical support.
